@infoeduc8r I love your video, it’s very inspiring to see you actually putting what we learned in this class and putting it into action! I can tell that even though this process of change may be unsettling, messy, and yes, even “chaotic” at times, it must be very exciting to be in the midst of it all, and seeing how your library will evolve because of the decisions that you will make.
I also like your Adobe Spark advertisement that outlines some of the changes that your library has already made because “we’ve been thinking about you a lot lately.” I love the phrasing you use in that Spark ad, the message that gets across is that the library is here to serve the students’/campus community’s needs. And I like the Google form survey as well…nice, short, and gets to the point!
@merrimaven thanks for your supportive feedback! Actually, you were the one who tipped me off to Adobe Spark, so special thanks! I do have to work on it a bit before sending off into cyberspace, but it’s a start. I need to figure out a good app to use as an e-newsletter like they have at Anythink where readers can post responses. I’m not sure Adobe Spark can do it, but I’m still investigating. Thanks!
@infoeduc8r Thank you for making this video. I enjoyed hearing your voice explain where you are going with these models and your CC library.
The Spark page was awesome as well. Such a striking photo of your constituents.
@michael Thank You. It was fun to play with Spark. I just asked the college photographer to take more photos like this one to build the Spark page. Now I need to add more content and make sure it is accessible before I actually publish it.
@infoeduc8r Nice! I am glad you are doing this!
